Organizing madness

I just love the book "10 Simple Solutions for Adult ADD" it has so many great organizing tips.

This past weekend I started organizing all my important paperwork. I've had a file cabinet in the past yet it never seemed to help much and I still lost many things. This book mentioned that some people didn't fare well with file cabinets (ME) and suggested using 3 ring binders instead. I thought about this for a couple of weeks and decided that this way might really make a difference for me.

So Saturday evening after catering all day I watched my netflicks TV show DVD while punching holes in 1/2 of all my paperwork. (I have a big Rubbermaid tub full of papers I *should* keep) I made a list of most of the categories the paperwork falls in and Sunday bought many purple binders from Target. I really wanted hot pink but purple was the closest they had. Maybe I should check staples... Anyway, I was going to finish last night but the weather was so nice I decided to hike with the dogs instead. Hopefully tonight I'll have some time to finish! And if anyone has a lead on pink binders....let me know = )
